What starts as a hand sketch on a piece of paper from a qualified application engineer, then transforms into a 3D Model drawing from one of our mechanical design engineers, we offer accessibility to professionals who have real-world experience in design and manufacturing. Other companies may be able to draw in a 2D CAD software conceptually but it takes true engineering experience to know the functionality of a design. Each one of our design engineers has extensive background in fabrication, machining, manufacturing, and rapid prototyping.
We are designers and fabricators of material handling solutions including racks, carts, dollies, workstations, wire baskets, and more. Bring us your unique application and we'll solve it, beginning with an initial conceptual design phase. After you proceed with the order, we move your project into engineering and create a SolidWorks 3D rendering. Once you approve the drawings, we move your project into production for on-time delivery. ON-SITE CONSULTATION & Design Engineering
At your request, one of our project application engineers will visit your facility to gain a better understanding of the material handling or storage application you would like us to solve for you. Our application engineer will then work with our team to develop an accurate Engineered to Application concept and competitive proposal to meet your needs.
Your unique application is solved with a ready to build solution by Kenowa's Mechanical Design Team. Our experienced staff can meet your needs, taking an idea from concept to complete design using the latest SolidWorks 3D design technology. Our engineers also work with AutoCad and other 3D modeling software as needed.
INTEGRATED PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Kenowa knows packaging. Since 1979, we have built a reputation designing functional products. Working with a multitude of dunnage resources, Kenowa will solve your most challenging packaging issues. At Kenowa we have the facilities and systems in place to handle high volumes of product manufacturing, repair, and modification. Our processes will be used to mass produce the production quantities you need in the time you need them. Complete service operations include automated steel cutting, machining, welding, painting, and final assembly.

Yes, you save… Existing racks can be modified to fit your needs. Share your new application and we will offer a solution. Often the cost to modify an existing container or rack is one-third of the cost of buying a new one. Need repairs made to damaged racks or bulk containers? No problem. We do that all saving you time and money. You will get your new modified solution back quickly and in like new condition. Stronger with fresh welds, fresh paint… Good to go.
